Mcdonald French Fries

McDonald’s French fries, often known as “World Famous Fries,” are a popular menu item due to their crispy outside and fluffy interior. They are created with premium potatoes such as Russet Burbank and Shepody.

McDonald’s fries were first debuted in 1949 and were fried in a blend of beef tallow and cottonseed oil. However, due to health concerns, they converted to vegetable oil with beef flavoring in 1990. Today, the fries are produced using a blend of vegetable oils and include chemicals like dextrose and sodium acid pyrophosphate to keep their color and texture.
